Interpretation of the results: If you answered “Yes” to most of the questions (3 or more), this may be a signal that your memory needs support and training. This is not necessarily a sign of a serious illness. This is often the result of stress, fatigue, lack of sleep, or lack of mental activity. The main thing is to realize the problem and start acting. Regular mental activity, a balanced diet and a good night’s sleep can significantly improve the situation.
